These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of this website, including all content, online Photoshop design courses, video tutorials, course materials, student coaching services, and all related website features (collectively, the “Services”), operated by this website owner (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing, browsing this website, registering an account, purchasing or enrolling in our PS design online courses, you (“user”, “student”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you are not authorized to use our website and purchase our educational services.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to register an account and purchase our paid PS design courses. If you are under 18, you must obtain consent from your parent or legal guardian before using our Services.
  • You confirm that all registration and payment information you submit is true, accurate and complete.

2. Service Description

  • We provide professional online Adobe Photoshop design training courses, including beginner PS basic courses, advanced graphic design courses, photo retouching tutorials, course exercise files, pre-recorded video lessons and online text Q&A guidance.
  • All courses are digital virtual online educational content; no physical products will be shipped to users.
  • We reserve the right to update, optimize or adjust course curriculum, course outline and teaching content for teaching improvement without prior notice.

3. Account Registration & User Obligations

  • You need to create a personal user account to access paid course content. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and account login information.
  • You are fully responsible for all behaviors, course viewing and content downloading activities conducted under your account.
  • You shall not share, rent, sell, transfer your paid course account to third parties for commercial or non-commercial use; multi-person public login of one paid account is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment & Refund Rules (PS Course Core Clause)

  • All our PS design courses are digital copyrighted virtual educational products. All course fees are clearly displayed on the website checkout page.
  • Refund Policy for Online Courses: Unopened and unwatched full course content can apply for a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment. Once you play more than 10% of course videos, download course attachments or obtain instructor one-on-one coaching, the course is deemed as consumed, and no refund application will be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to reject refunds for malicious repeated purchase and refund applications.
  • No partial refund is provided for single module of bundled combined courses.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • All website texts, logos, PS course videos, teaching courseware, exercise templates, design case works and tutorial materials are protected by global copyright and intellectual property law.
  • Users are only granted personal non-commercial limited authorization to view and study the course content for personal PS skill learning.
  • Strictly prohibited: screen recording, copying, redistributing, reselling, disseminating, reposting our paid PS courses and teaching materials to any third-party platforms; using our course content for commercial training and secondary creation distribution. We will pursue legal compensation for all copyright infringement behaviors.

6. Prohibited User Behaviors

You agree not to:

  1. Attack, disrupt or hack our website server, course playback system and user account system;
  2. Use plug-ins, crawler tools to batch capture, download our paid PS course resources;
  3. Publish illegal, obscene, infringing and abusive comments in our student comment area and consultation area;
  4. Impersonate our teacher or official staff to conduct illegal collection and fraud behavior to other students.

7. Account Suspension & Termination

We have the right to suspend or permanently terminate your user account without refund if you violate these Terms, including account sharing, copyright piracy, malicious refund application and malicious website harassment.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

  • We do not guarantee users will obtain specific employment effect, income increase or design competition award after completing our PS design courses. Learning effect depends on personal student practice and learning initiative.
  • We are not liable for temporary website inaccessible, course playback delay caused by your local network failure, third-party browser failure and force majeure events.

We may revise these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page directly. Your continued use of our website and courses after revision means you accept the updated clauses.
